  1. Before I got home from work that day, I had bought the album and played it as soon as I got in. I've been a die hard Squeeze fan ever since. That original LP is long lost, kept by a vindictive ex-wife. While I have it on CD, my recent reappreciation for vinyl demanded this be one of my first vinyl /5(56).

  4. "I Think I'm Go Go" is a song by the British new wave band Squeeze, released on their third album Argybargy. The lyrics were written by Chris Difford and the music was written by Glenn Tilbrook.
  5. 's Argybargy was the album that proved Squeeze were more than two hit wonders. Artistically it was a big step up from Cool for Cats and managed to maintain the cheeky chappy persona of the previous records whilst upping the intelligence factor and greatly expanding Difford & Tilbrook's songwriting horizons/5(44).
  6. Argybargy by Squeeze - Vinyl LP () for $ from moocacinimachemotutiherfirsro.coinfo Pop / Rock Record Collector (magazine): 4 stars out of 5 -- 'Difford's lyrics were stronger and more elaborate than before, especially his use of metaphor on the singles 'Another Nail In My Heart' and 'Pulling Mussels From The Shell.'' - Order by Phone Price: $
  7. Argybargy is the third album by the UK new wave band Squeeze. Written and recorded after the band's successful sophomore release, Cool for Cats, the album's lyrics were written by Chris Difford while living with his wife in New York City.
  8. I was lucky enough to see Squeeze live in the mid's on their Cosi Fan Tutti-Frutti tour. This disc captures every ounce of the energy and musicianship of their live performance. Another nice touch is including the lyrics, which I haven't seen since my original vinyl LP copy of the moocacinimachemotutiherfirsro.coinfos:
